The Product Marketing Director is a key member of the International Leadership Team reporting to the SVP of International and is responsible for product marketing strategy across all the regions, optimizing Product Market fit. This role is highly commercial and strategic in driving the adoption of Intuit's AI-driven Expert platform.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Director to build alignment between global product and engineering teams and regional go-to-market functions, ensuring feature parity and platform product-market fit that addresses local customer needs. Working cross-functionally with the Regional VPs, Product and Engineering organisations, you will lead an international team of Product Marketers to achieve our bold goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead across the full spectrum of inbound and outbound product marketing for multi-product and platform experiences in International.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, influence product roadmaps with regional insights to drive adoption and performance in diverse segments.
- Partner with Product on the roadmap and solution set to drive acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
- Act as a primary liaison between product management and GTM, marketing & sales teams and lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies by ICP for new products in international markets.
- Develop the segmentation and positioning strategy, and enable e2e GTM readiness for the platform as a whole and for multi-product or product-agnostic experiences and capabilities
- Partner with Acquisition and Lifecycle teams across paid, earned and owned channels, and with Sales, CS and indirect channels to deliver programs that drive growth
- Build and guide a high-performing international product marketing team, fostering innovation and driving results across priority markets.
- Identify and execute initiatives to unlock growth opportunities via new customer segments, enhanced product experiences, and targeted adoption programs tailored to international audiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing strategy, plans & execution that drives business results across multiple regions and markets, with a proven focus on the SMB/Mid-Market segments.
- 10+ year track record for developing winning growth strategies AND inspiring excellent execution through teams
- Deep product marketing craft expertise: from developing customer and market insight, to informing actionable positioning and growth strategies
- Proven success in marketing, advertising, or business development leadership across SaaS, B2B, with some B2C exposure.
- Strong understanding of verticalized marketing approaches within platform-led businesses to answer customer jobs to be done at scale.
- Standardize inbound leads from Sales and Customer Success.
- Improve centralized outbound marketing, ensuring consistent messaging to customers and alignment with sales and marketing teams.
