Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling social media content and manage online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Manage advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets.
  • Mentor and empower sales, reservations, and business‑development teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Director of Sales or equivalent, with a proven track record at a leadership level.
  • Expertise in social media, PR, market analysis, and the hotel market (MICE, agencies, etc.).
  • Experience managing budgets and driving revenue through new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and online platforms.
  • Professional and committed, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
