As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial success. You'll be leading the Sales team and Head of Marketing, crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand, boost revenue, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing (5+ years) including the development and execution of tactical sales programs (business plans) and marketing strategies supporting business growth.
  • Strategic mindset with creative flair.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of market segments and channel strategies.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical ability. Demonstrated ability to interpret hotel performance data from multiple sources across a large market, identify trends, and create strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Excellent communication and networking skills.
