Develop and implement comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms. Craft compelling social media content and manage online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility. Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives. Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maintain competitive positioning. Manage advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets. Mentor and empower sales, reservations, and business‑development teams to achieve their full potential. Collaborate on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

Strong experience as a Director of Sales or equivalent, with a proven track record at a leadership level. Expertise in social media, PR, market analysis, and the hotel market (MICE, agencies, etc.). Experience managing budgets and driving revenue through new initiatives and campaigns. Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills. Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player. Proficient with Microsoft Office and online platforms. Professional and committed, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
