Job Title: Director of Marketing and Communications
Location: Hybrid Working – London N3 / EC4M / Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35-hour week (Flexitime)
Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer
Direct Reports: 4

Salary Range: £100,000 - £120,000

The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This leadership role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, collaborate across departments, and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

The Director will oversee external communications, public relations, digital marketing strategies, content creation, and corporate branding efforts.

Following investment in BKL from private equity firm CBPE, our growth is enabling us to explore new areas as an organisation. As a Director of Marketing and Communications, you’ll play a valuable role developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with BKL’s business goals and objectives.

Our recruitment process typically involves three stages:
