You’ll lead integrated marketing and recruitment campaigns for Imperial’s extended learning portfolio, from summer schools to executive education. Using data, creativity, and digital innovation, you’ll drive substantial growth in learner enrolment worldwide. You’ll strengthen Imperial’s reputation as a global leader in lifelong education, ensuring our programmes reach those who need them most. 


  • Senior-level experience in strategic marketing, recruitment, and/or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • A proven record of significant delivering growth in education or lifelong learning.
  • Creative, data-driven, and collaborative leadership style.
