The role

- what you’ll do as our Director of Field Marketing:

Reporting directly to our General Manager in the UK and leading a team of three marketing professionals, you will act as part of the wider marketing leadership team and will be supported throughout your journey at Dext to help you develop your skills!

The day-to-day:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the UK region to drive revenue across target segments.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and UK leadership to align priorities and define strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the UK marketing budget, focusing on improving key metrics like CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance in paid and organic channels, in partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the UK marketing team, while tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Identify joint marketing opportunities with key UK partnerships.

  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation, events, product & field marketing.
  • Some experience gained with an accounting and bookkeeping technology business.
  • Proven experience in creating and presenting structured marketing plans to senior leadership.
  • Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in budget management and reporting key metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC).
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in sales enablement and vendor negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and JIRA is preferred.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, prioritise, and delegate effectively.
