This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the School through a clear and ambitious admissions and marketing strategy. With key entry points at Years 5 and 6 (pre-Senior) and Year 7, you will oversee the full journey from first enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every family.

Responsibilities

• Lead the School\'s brand presence across digital and traditional platforms.
• Deliver engaging open days and admissions events.
• Act as a visible ambassador for More House in the local community and beyond.
• Oversee compliance and governance responsibilities related to admissions and marketing.
• Utilise data, CRM systems, and analytics to monitor conversion, forecast numbers, and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders at every level to implement strategic plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven admissions and marketing experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at every level.
• Excellent data, CRM, and analytical abilities to monitor performance and inform strategy.

Benefits

Salary: £58,833 - £69,235 (depending on experience)
