Director, Corporate Marketing

Overview
Director, Corporate Marketing at hyperexponential (hx).
About Hyperexponential (hx): At hx, we’re building an AI-powered platform enabling critical decisions in a $7 trillion industry. We help insurers move faster, act smarter, and take on more risk with confidence, backed by investors and trusted by many of the world’s largest insurers.
What makes hx different is the people who build it. If you’re energized by complexity and opportunity, join us in building what comes next.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Position hx so our content stands out in a sea of AI noise — driving awareness, consideration and preference.
- Make our website the best in category: not a brochure, but a source of high-quality content that our target audiences choose to spend time with.
- Lead a cross-functional creative team at hx that blends human expertise with AI, using AI for speed and prototyping while ensuring final campaigns are curated with human judgment and distinctive taste.
- Produce bold multimedia and integrated campaigns at scale. Original, high quality, and impossible to ignore.
- Foster authentic relationships that AI can’t summarize, including the founder brand, hx Live Summit series, and customer advisory boards.
- Build influence with industry voices and track it with share of voice and mentions (not vanity metrics).
What You’ll Need To Have Done
- You’ve built creative campaigns that drove brand and revenue impact, not just impressions.
- You’ve owned brand or product marketing in a high-growth company and balanced storytelling with commercial results.
- You’ve brought AI tools into creative workflows without losing originality or taste.
- You’ve led high-performing teams and grown leaders.
- You’ve collaborated across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Success to launch campaigns that excite diverse audiences and shape perceptions of a brand.
- You’ve thrived in fast, messy environments where boundaries get pushed.
You’re Unlikely To Thrive Here If
- You need a playbook. This role is about writing the playbook for how B2B brands win in the AI era.
- You think AI product copy or visuals alone will carry campaigns. Here, AI speeds things up but taste and craft win.
- You want comfortable, predictable work. This job is fast, messy, and always evolving.
- Reading our Culture Document energizes you; otherwise hx may not be the place for your best work.
