Digital Marketing Assistant (B2B Focus)

Are you a B2B digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for design? Ready to make your mark in a creative and growing commercial interior design studio?

We're Layrd Design, a forward-thinking commercial interior design studio based near Cambridge. We create inspiring and functional spaces for our clients, with a focus on sustainability and well-being. We're seeking a creative Digital Marketing Assistant to help us connect with existing and potential client businesses, as well as showcase our work to a professional audience.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, offering a blend of in-studio collaboration and remote work. 

A typical week will include:

• Developing and executing B2B social media strategies that align with our company goals and our marketing plan.
• Creating and curating eye-catching content specifically for our business audience on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Managing our social media accounts and engaging with our community of clients and industry partners.
• Collaborating with our design team to translate complex commercial design concepts into compelling marketing materials.
• Keeping our website fresh with new project case studies and blog posts aimed at potential business clients.
• Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest B2B social media trends.
• Getting out and about to capture high-quality photos and videos on-site and in our studio.

We're looking for someone who is:

• A B2B Marketing Pro: You have proven experience managing social media for B2B companies and understand how to use it to support business objectives. You know how to create content that resonates with a corporate audience.
• Creative and Innovative: You have a deep interest in interior design and a knack for translating it into engaging marketing content. You're confident behind the camera and have experience with photo and video editing.
• An Excellent Communicator: You have strong written and verbal skills and can connect with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Organised and Proactive: You have excellent time management skills, can juggle multiple projects, and have a keen eye for detail.
• A Team Player: You're happy to collaborate with colleagues but can also work independently.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of content creation and website maintenance.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools like Adobe, Affinity, or Canva.
