Were looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of acquisition and retention strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales across our UK brands. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with real impactoverseeing a multi-million-pound budget, leading agency partnerships, and ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable growth and brand relevance. This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave and will involve hybrid working from our Croxley Park office in Watford 2 days a week. As the Digital Performance Marketing Lead, youll: Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, affiliates, display/programmatic, and emerging digital channels. Joint responsibility for a £6m+ budget, building detailed channel and campaign plans to maximise ROI.
