We're now looking for a Digital Paid Specialist to be the driving force behind our growth across all paid media channels.

What You’ll Do

• Own our acquisition strategy, turning budgets into results and insights into action. Build and launch paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Manage media budgets and ensure every pound is performing.
• A/B test creatives, targeting, bidding, and formats to drive better performance.
• Deliver regular insights on key metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and learnings.
• Stay on top of platform changes, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with content, creative, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and amplify results.

• Insightful reports that guide creative and strategic decisions

• Strong collaboration across internal teams

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience running paid campaigns (CPG/DTC/e-commerce a bonus)
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads
• Bonus points for experience in programmatic or LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical skills, fluent in ROAS, funnels, and dashboards
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
• Clear, confident communicator who can turn numbers into stories
