Join to apply for the Digital Marketing Systems Specialist role at LRQAThe Digital Marketing Systems Specialist is an experienced individual who will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesHelping to develop, implement and manage digital marketing technology and marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and help increase demand generation and drive sales growthCollaborating with marketing and sales, information technology and data teams to carry out marketing technology impacted projects, select tech vendors and implement solutionsProviding recommendations, assisting with creating reports and presenting to the wider digital marketing team to inform technology decision makingDelivering hands-on, tangible improvements to digital marketing systems, manging technology platforms, workflows and user supportQualificationsDegree level education in a marketing discipline with at least 4-5 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing, website and marketing automation technology coordination and execution experience or equivalent years’ experience in a similar B2B digital marketing role.Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience of applicable IT and digital technologies, including Dynamics 365 - Customer Insights Journeys, Optimizely Web CMS, AI, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEO and/or similar marketing and sales systems required.Proficiency in setting up personalisation and AB testing campaigns through Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys or similar email marketing automation platformStrong communication skills, with an ability to present material in a way which is appropriate to the level of knowledge of the audience. Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English.Experience in developing and delivering digital marketing strategy and channel execution to increase lead generation and support sales growth.Strong experience with digital marketing budget management, contract negotiations and scope of work/requirements gathering required.Experience with Demandbase, Microsoft Dynamics, Drift or similar platforms preferred.Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines.A proactive approach to problem solving, seeking management input, advice and direction when needed, with good communication skills.Ability to plan and prioritise workload to deliverresults effectively and efficiently, independently and as part of a global team.Practical knowledge of applying HTML, Javascript and CSS through email marketing, marketing automation and Google Tag Manager preferredExperience analysing digital marketing results, data, preparing reports and making recommendations for digital marketing improvements.Passion for marketing innovation and emerging tech (AI, personalisation etc)Result oriented, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.Strong documentation and training skills to support internal technology adoption and best practicesUnderstanding of GDPR and managing marketing consent to meet legal requirementsPre-Employment ChecksPre-employment checks will be conducted as required by local law, including right to work, identification, verification of employment history, education, and criminal records where permitted by local law.
