What You\'ll Do

- Analyse Campaign Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor key metrics, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives and target audiences.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads at every stage of the sales funnel.
- SEO Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with a strong track record in strategy development and execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative Thinking: Skilled in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
