Join us, and get better with every move.We are offering a great opportunity to support the implementation of a digital marketing strategy through content execution across web, social, and digital channels.As the successful applicant, you'll lead day-to-day social media planning, publishing, and reporting to drive engagement and brand consistency. You'll demonstrate strong communication skills and work closely with colleagues across the Digital Marketing and Communications team, including content and design, to support the timely, optimized delivery of digital assets and campaigns.This is a permanent opportunity with a starting salary of £35,000-£45,000 plus benefits.ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand tone, campaign priorities, and audience engagement goals.Assist with creating and uploading website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and SEO alignment.Manage and update website content regularly for accuracy and freshness.Support digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels with timely execution and reporting.Develop relationships to bring best practices to the UK marketing team.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-impact, cost-effective digital marketing campaigns.Work with the CRM specialist to design and implement digital communication nurture flows.Ensure all digital activities comply with company guidelines, DMCCA, and FCA regulations.Use analytics and data to inform digital decision-making.Support the Digital Marketing Lead and team with ad hoc tasks and campaign rollouts.Coordinate with stakeholders and IT teams to execute digital activities effectively.Skills, Experience & BackgroundProven success in digital marketing.Experience with social media tools and channels.CMS knowledge and experience.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Good organizational and project management skills.Experience managing suppliers or relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.What We OfferGenerous contributory pension scheme.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Volunteering days for charity work.Sustainability initiatives.Holiday buy/sell options (conditions apply).Travel and dental insurance (costs apply).Flexible working options.Study support where applicable.Enhanced parental leave.Referral bonus of £1000.Cycle2work scheme.Free breakfast and fruit at the Bristol office.EV charging points, bike storage, shower facilities, and parking.Why Ayvens?With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across 42 countries, we provide leasing, subscription, fleet management, and multi-mobility solutions.
