In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for building, scheduling, and reporting on content across key digital channels, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.Working closely with our Marketing Copywriter and wider digital team, you’ll play a vital role in bringing campaigns to life. From supporting the build and optimisation of email lifecycle journeys — such as welcome, reactivation, and post-purchase flows — to helping drive engagement across social and paid social platforms, you’ll make sure our digital presence is both polished and performance-led.While you won’t be responsible for writing copy, you’ll understand how to execute content that aligns with commercial goals, reinforces brand positioning, and connects with the right audiences at the right time.Key Responsibilities:Plan, build, and deliver high-performing email campaigns, including automated lifecycle journeys (e.g. welcome, reactivation, post-purchase)Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across social media platforms, ensuring timely, engaging, and on-brand contentSupport paid social and influencer activity, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable resultsCollaborate with the Marketing Copywriter and wider team to ensure content is tailored to each platform and audienceMonitor and report on email and social performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and inform future activityBuild and maintain segmented customer databases to ensure targeted, relevant communications.Champion continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance tracking, and market researchWork closely with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to support the wider CRM and digital marketing strategyWhat you’ll need to succeed:To succeed as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll need a customer-first mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to delivering high-performing campaigns. You’ll be naturally curious, keen to test and refine, and confident working with data to improve performance across email and social media.
