OverviewAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist based in the UK (remote). This role will focus on delivering SEO and content marketing strategies for a wide range of clients, while also supporting PPC, CRO and wider digital campaigns.You will work closely with the client management team and play a key part in shaping and delivering strategies across multiple accounts. You’ll be confident in executing SEO activity, producing and optimising content, analysing performance data, and supporting client campaigns with clear recommendations.At Logic Digital, we collaborate closely across all our projects and are looking for someone who shares our passion for digital marketing. You will be hands-on in the execution of SEO and content marketing, while also contributing to reporting, project management, and client communication. Our ideal candidate has the drive to deliver measurable results, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities across a fast-paced client portfolio.ResponsibilitiesWork with the client management team to shape and deliver strategies across multiple accounts.Execute SEO activities, produce and optimise content, analyse performance data, and provide clear recommendations to support client campaigns.Hands-on execution of SEO and content marketing; contribute to reporting, project management, and client communication.Collaborate with teams to deliver measurable results, maintain attention to detail, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced client portfolio.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.Strong background in SEO execution: keyword and intent research, on-page optimisation, content briefs, and local SEO.Experience planning and delivering SEO-led content strategies, including blogs and landing pages.Must be based in the UK.Essential skillsSEO execution & strategy: keyword and intent research (e.g. Ahrefs/SEMrush), on-page optimisation (titles/meta, internal linking, schema basics), content briefs, competitor/SERP analysis, local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews), and foundational technical SEO knowledge (crawlability, indexation, redirects, sitemaps, canonicals).Content marketing: audience and topic research, editorial calendar planning, writing and editing high-quality SEO content (blogs, landing pages), briefing freelancers, and optimisation of existing content.Analytics & reporting: GA4 and Google Search Console proficiency, UTM tagging, goal/conversion setup checks, insight-led reporting in Looker Studio, and translating data into clear actions.CMS & web fundamentals: confident with WordPress (page building, plugins like Yoast/RankMath), image optimisation, and QA for content changes.PPC familiarity: Google Ads/Meta Ads basics (keyword match types, negatives, simple campaign builds/optimisations, Performance Max awareness) and reading paid performance to inform content/SEO.Project & client support: task scoping, timelines, status updates, taking/actioning meeting notes, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting the Account Managers across multiple clients.Collaboration & briefing: writing clear briefs for designers and developers; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Quality & attention to detail: rigorous QA (links, tracking, typos, redirects), checklist-driven delivery, and adherence to brand tone of voice.Ways of working: highly organised, proactive, able to prioritise across competing deadlines, communicates clearly and concisely. Experience working remotely a plus.Soft skills: time management, communication, presenting skills, client relationship building, leadership skills, analytical reasoning, initiative, critical thinking, project management skills, decision making, data analysis and management, verbal and writing skills.CRO & UX: landing-page best practice, form optimisation, heatmaps/session recordings, and A/B testing fundamentals.Email/CRM: list hygiene, basic segmentation, and campaign setup in tools like Mailchimp.Advanced technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema (JSON-LD), log-file analysis.Digital PR & link acquisition: ideation, prospecting, outreach, and using PR to support authority building.International/local at scale: hreflang, multilingual content workflows, multi-location SEO playbooks.Design & video basics: quick social/blog assets in Canva/Adobe Express; simple video edits for social.Data wrangling: strong Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots), and advanced Looker Studio.Tooling depth: Screaming Frog custom extraction, Sitebulb, page-speed tools, and schema validators.Web projects & migrations: staging/site QA, redirect mapping, and launch checklists.Social (organic): planning, copy, and repurposing blog content for key platforms.Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Content/SEO (or equivalent).Salary & BenefitsStarting salary: £28–30k dependent on experienceFully remote with flexible working hours20 holiday days per yearAbout Logic DigitalAt Logic Digital, we help businesses grow through strategic digital marketing.
