Overview

I’m working with a Series A AI company in adaptive learning, spun out of world-class research. They solve the one-size-fits-all learning problem with proprietary, multi-patented technology that creates hyper-personalised learning journeys and delivers measurable outcomes for enterprise and professional training clients. As they scale toward their next growth round, typical enterprise ACVs range $100k–$1m and digital is a core growth lever.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the company’s digital presence (SEO, paid & organic search, paid social, website performance) to accelerate bottom-of-funnel MQLs and overall discoverability.
  • SEO & AI SEO
  • Build a buyer-intent keyword strategy to capture high-intent organic traffic.
  • Optimise for conversational/generative AI discovery (surface in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot answers).
  • Partner with stakeholders to create engaging campaign content tailored to ICPs.
  • Grow domain authority via quality backlinks (press, analysts, partners).
  • Paid Media
  • Run LinkedIn & Google Ads for high-intent ICPs.
  • Test ABM display, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Continuously optimise for CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline attribution.
  • Website
  • Treat the website as the digital “front door”; optimise landing pages, forms and UX to increase traffic and inbound.
  • A/B test CTAs, messaging and gated assets to improve conversion.
  • Analytics
  • Build dashboards tracking SQL conversion, ROI, and full-funnel performance.
  • Report the impact of events, PR and brand on inbound traffic and MQL generation.

About you

  • Proven experience building a digital marketing engine from the ground up (ideally B2B/Enterprise, Pre-Series A/Series A).
  • Hands-on with Paid Search & Paid Social (especially LinkedIn).
  • Able to recommend, select and implement the martech stack to scale.
  • Deep SEO knowledge (technical, on-page, content-led).
  • Data-driven, fluent in KPIs/dashboards and multi-channel ROI.
  • Sharp creative instincts for scroll-stopping content.
  • Clear communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Basic HTML or CMS (e.g., WordPress) a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving scale-up
