• Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure precise targeting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Test and implement new strategies to improve ROI and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
