Digital Marketing Officer

- Work with the team to develop and deliver effective & engaged marketing campaigns for all online and in-venue film screenings, events, and other associated activities.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to grow subscriber numbers and increase brand awareness, with clear 90-day success goals (e.g. net subscriber adds, trial-to-paid conversion, churn, CAC and LTV).
- Establish a weekly rhythm of reporting and experimentation, ensuring campaigns stay on track.
- Create and manage a structured experimentation process, including prioritising tests, maintaining a backlog, and documenting outcomes to build a long-term playbook of proven tactics.
- Own and maintain attribution and tracking: GA4 event setup, GTM, Meta conversion tracking, and consistent UTM tagging.
- Manage Klassiki’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating engaging and on-brand content.
- Produce and edit short-form creative assets (trailers, reels, clips with captions, light motion graphics) suitable for Reels and YouTube.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and subscriber updates.
- Design and implement subscriber lifecycle initiatives, including churn forecasting, cancellation surveys, and win-back offers, in addition to onboarding flows.
- Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and press contacts to amplify Klassiki’s reach and build valuable partnerships.
- Create, schedule, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Provide weekly snapshots of performance metrics and a monthly narrative report with key learnings and recommended next steps.
- Collaborate with the programming and editorial team to align marketing campaigns with new releases and events.
Person specifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the streaming sector.
- Demonstrated ability to set and deliver measurable growth goals.
- Strong understanding of digital communication, brand building (particularly in the SVOD segment), and audience engagement.
- Proven experience designing and running structured marketing experiments.
- Strong knowledge of attribution and tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta conversion tracking, UTM tagging).
- Creative skills to produce basic but polished video edits, social clips, and graphics.
- Ability to collate and analyse data (particularly in email marketing) and translate the results into actionable insights.
- Native-level fluency in English with strong copywriting skills; knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus.
- Confident in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure impact.
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, Klaviyo, Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign.
- Ability to work independently in a small team and manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine passion for cinema and interest in Eastern European film is a strong plus.
