Around £30,000 per annum depending on experienceFull-timeOverviewShiplake College is looking to appoint a dedicated, creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to start in November.ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Officer is to enhance the College’s public profile and reputation, ensuring the continued attraction and retention of pupils. This will be achieved through the development and delivery of a dynamic and engaging digital marketing strategy, focused on the website, social media, and press to celebrate and promote the College’s news, achievements, and events.You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team responsible for admissions, marketing, alumni, and development, playing a vital role in enhancing the College’s profile and communications.Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate will be reliable and self-motivated, with strong skills in photography, videography, editing, graphic design, and website management. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to producing high-quality, engaging content.About the SchoolShiplake College is an independent boarding and day school for around 580 pupils aged 11 to 18. There has been a co-educational Sixth Form since 1998 and since September 2023 girls have been welcomed into Year 7 as the College became fully co-educational.
