We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing across multiple global brands during an exciting period of brand evolution and digital transformation. What you’ll do

Develop and execute data-led digital marketing strategies Manage integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content Oversee performance and optimisation of three websites (B2B and e-commerce) Lead on a major website replatforming project Manage CRM and email campaigns to nurture and engage audiences Work with external agencies and manage digital marketing budgets Use analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Google Ads) to drive insights and performance Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus Proven success across key digital channels and campaign management Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and improving UX/CRO Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation Confident communicator with agency and stakeholder management experience Team leadership or people management experience

Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries. Familiarity with replatforming or transitional marketing roles. Seniority level
