Central to this is the development of a new transactional website that will revolutionize the approach to customer engagement and acquisition. Driving incremental sales and profitability and supporting a digital transformation across all customer touchpoints. This role’s primary purpose is to develop, implement, manage and evolve the front end of the new Fresh Direct website, maximizing on-site performance, conversion, customer experience and engagement, which will deliver profitable growth. What you’ll be doing: Oversee the day to day running of the front end of the Fresh Direct website, implementing design and content changes within the CMS Be subject matter expert within the team for all things CMS, supporting with campaign activations with the wider marketing team Liaise with the ecommerce team to develop appropriate mechanisms through analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio Hitjar etc) to monitor performance and customer behaviour...
