We are over 250 Game Changers across our HQ in Oslo, London and Boston.Role OverviewWe are now seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing channels and marketing automation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketer with solid B2B SaaS experience looking to step into a more strategic and senior role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, launch, and optimise high-performing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awarenessDrive A/B testing and landing page optimisation in collaboration with design/content teamsManage ad budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies aligned with marketing goalsSEO & Content StrategyOversee SEO roadmap, including on-page optimisation, technical audits, and keyword strategyCollaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from concept to publicationWebsite maintenanceWork with WordPress to maintain the current website, create new pages and implement editsMarketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)Own HubSpot as the central marketing automation platformBuild and optimise email nurture journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, and reportingWork closely with Sales and RevOps to align lead lifecycle stages and lead qualityEmail Marketing & CampaignsDevelop and deploy effective email marketing campaigns focused on engagement and lead conversionLead segmentation and personalised content strategyAnalytics & Data SegmentationTrack and report on KPIs across all digital channelsSet up dashboards and insights to support campaign decision-makingMonitor and enhance lead segmentation and data hygiene within CRMRequirements5–6 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaSProven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsDeep understanding of SEO best practicesExpert in HubSpot for email marketing and automationGrowth hacker mentality – obsessively trying to figure how to take us to the next levelStrong analytical skills with a data-first mindset (experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot Reporting, Looker Studio or similar)Comfortable working cross-functionally in a scale-up environmentCurious, ambitious, and excited to own strategy and executionNice to Have’sHR Technology experience and familiarity with the landscapeExperience working with international marketsKnowledge of paid social beyond LinkedIn (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, etc.)Basic HTML or web CMS editing (e.g., WordPress)What do we offer?At Attensi you will become part of an exciting and rapidly growing scale-up that is already a global leader in its field.
