About the role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This lead generation and data role encompasses various marketing activities, using data to guide decision-making in a competitive market – vital to the business's success.

As a key team member with extensive and demonstrable B2B experience, you will lead our paid-for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring we hit sales and land onboarding targets using HubSpot integration to maximise ROI. You will also develop and administer our HubSpot platform to provide live dashboards and monthly board reports demonstrating the effectiveness of our marketing activity in real time.

You will be responsible for our extensive contact lists, ensuring they are effectively segmented and GDPR compliant. Based on interactions, you will build email campaigns and automated client journeys. You will work alongside our Communications Manager, using your SEO skills to ensure we maintain our position as market leaders for our industry keywords.

Your copywriting and SEO skills will support our Communications Manager in creating content that informs our diverse audiences, including landowners, ecologists, large corporations, and building developers, ensuring we continue to build high levels of organic traffic and enquiries.

As such, we seek a well-organised and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of data and marketing strategy to amplify our trailblazing brand in this vital and emerging sector.
