PPC Manager – B2B
Location: London (Hybrid)

Looking for your next step in PPC? We’re searching for a PPC Manager who knows how to turn complex B2B buying journeys into simple, effective paid media strategies.
This isn’t about chasing vanity clicks. It’s about building smart campaigns that reach the right decision-makers, at the right moment, with the right message. You’ll be working with B2B brands that expect results — leads, pipeline, revenue — and you’ll have the freedom to test, optimise, and scale what works.
What you’ll be doing
- Running PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on lead generation and ROI
- Owning keyword research, ad copy, targeting, and optimisation to reach niche B2B audiences
- Managing budgets effectively and reporting on performance with clarity
- Testing messaging, creative, and landing pages to drive better conversion rates
- Sharing insights with clients and internal teams to refine strategy and move fast
- Keeping on top of trends in B2B paid media and bringing fresh ideas to the table
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience managing PPC campaigns in a B2B environment (agency or in-house)
- Confident with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Comfortable working with longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect PPC performance to business outcomes
- A self-starter who’s proactive, detail-driven, and likes solving problems
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex PPC data simply and persuasively
