OverviewWe are looking for an inquisitive Digital Marketing Manager to join the Commercial Directorate. The role focuses on planning and developing engaging digital marketing material, promoting the Personalised Registrations product, and improving customer engagement and sales across digital channels and events. The successful candidate will develop internal and external working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and analyse data to identify trends and improvements.We offer a range of benefits and a flexible working environment. See Benefits and Working Arrangements sections for details.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging digital marketing material for use across social media, websites and marketing emails; schedule and post external digital communications and manage direct customer engagements online through social media.Plan and progress new marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales of personalised registrations; work with external suppliers to maintain and improve a customer-facing website.Collate, monitor and interpret statistical information; undertake data analysis and produce regular MI reports to inform resource, financial and marketing planning and delivery.Develop knowledge of the Personalised Registrations product and wider commercial market; understand customer motivation and promote brand values with internal and external stakeholders.Selection and ProcessWe will assess candidates against the following behaviours: Communicating and Influencing, Making Effective Decisions, Seeing the Big Picture, Working Together.The recruitment process includes CV and personal statement submission, a data analysis assessment during the interview, and an interview with assessment of experience, technical capability (SFIA level 2 Sales and Marketing - Digital marketing), strengths, and behaviours.
