The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, website management, track and report on all digital channels for UKMC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by managing digital campaigns and overseeing the digital marketing function. This role will be located in our Manchester campus and will manage a small team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Marketing Manager role will involve:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on website management, brand awareness and reportingLead the implementation and management of google analyticsManage website content, SEO/SEM strategy, and analytics with a strong focus on user journeyWrite content including but not limited to: Articles, blogs, case studies, success stories, website copy, landing pages, social and email marketing contentWork with wider departments to create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for diverse platformsMaximise the use of our CRM for segmentation, campaign automation, lead management, and performance analyticsAlign digital marketing initiatives with commercial objectives through impactful, multi-channel campaignsOwn the full campaign lifecycle—from concept and execution to analysisTrack and analyse key metrics including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and lead qualityImplement a data-driven approach to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectivenessDevelop dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making and demonstrate ROICollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messagingAbout YouA successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing manager roleExtensive experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in lead generation and website analytic managementDemonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimising end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channelsSkilled in using software including HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, segmentation, and performance trackingHands-on experience with platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major paid social channelsA good understanding of SEO and digital marketing principlesData-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to interpret metrics and leverage dashboards to guide strategic decisionsExtensive background in lead generation, nurturing, and conversionExcellent writing, editing, and research skillsA great teammate that supports colleagues and works collaborativelyWhat’s on offerJob Type: Full-timeCanteenCompany pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceTransport linksAdditional DetailsSchedule: Monday to FridaySeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Higher Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
