ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate digital marketing professional to manage the ABBA Voyage digital platforms including the website and CRM system. The Digital platforms and CRM manager plays a vital role in driving sales and audience engagement. You’ll be the guardian of our digital user experience, ensuring it’s smooth, intuitive, and aligned with what our audiences need.

This is a hands-on role with real impact. You’ll work closely with our B2B and B2C revenue directors, their teams and our agencies to ensure our digital platforms perform, convert, and evolve as our business grows. You will help shape the tools and systems we use.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver the digital platform strategy and plan in conjunction with the Commercial Strategy and services director.
  • Own the digital customer journey, improving the experience across the ABBA Voyage digital platform ecosystem.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect our brand and provide a seamless experience across devices.
  • Work with the Ticketing and Revenue teams to manage the ecommerce strategy and execution to drive conversion.
  • Optimise website performance and content with SEO/AIO strategy to maximise discoverability.
  • Design and implement a scalable CRM system and loyalty program.
  • Partner with revenue teams to implement audience segmentation for tailored communications, grow engagement, and drive loyalty through email campaigns and automated programs.
  • Reporting & analytics: analyse customer, sales and performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop insights from customer data and market research to optimise offering and communications.
  • Manage all digital agencies to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Understand risk and governance on digital channels (e.g., GDPR, digital security).
  • Adapt to a changing environment and scale smartly.

ABOUT YOU

  • Solid experience managing high-performing ecommerce websites, loyalty programs and CRM platforms in a commercial environment.
  • User-first mindset — you care about how things work, not just how they look.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), UX best practices and basic UI principles.
  • Confidence with digital metrics and performance indicators (CTR, CVR, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (including Dotdigital); flexibility with tech stack.
  • Experience working with agencies, designers, and content teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Calm, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
  • Test-and-learn approach with a focus on performance and results.
