Overview Join to apply for the Digital Marketing Manager role at Professionals At Play. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end digital experience for our customers - from ad campaigns and customer journeys to data and website optimisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on improving performance, delivering results, and making every digital touchpoint count. Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and other ad platforms such as LinkedIn; collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-performing acquisition, awareness, and retargeting campaigns; track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation and growth. Customer Touchpoint Management: Manage and refine CRM journeys and automations via Airship, focusing on improving engagement and conversion; oversee all digital guest touchpoints including Google My Business, Wireless Social, TOGO booking flow, Wi-Fi journeys, and in-venue Pops; own the website content and performance, ensuring pages are optimised for SEO, clear UX, and fast loading (WordPress-based); maintain and evolve customer support automation, including chatbot integrations on web, Facebook, and Instagram. Performance & Insight: Analyse and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools; monitor digital behaviour trends and provide insight to help the team react quickly to customer needs; build and present monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights across all digital KPIs. Campaign & Project Support: Contribute to the delivery of digital marketing campaigns as part of wider brand initiatives; work cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, and tech teams to support campaign rollouts and digital improvements.

Experience Required
Proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Solid working knowledge of Airship, Google Suite, Google Analytics, and WordPress. Confident using Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with customer journey automation and conversion optimisation.
