OverviewJoin to apply for the Digital Marketing Manager role at Acorns Children's Hospice.Acorns Children's Hospice are looking for a Digital Marketing to shape and deliver the digital presence of the organisation, inspiring support, driving engagement and helping to raise essential funds for our work. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies across web, email, SEO, paid search and social channels and lead our Digital Marketing Team.Interviews are scheduled as part of the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the digital marketing strategy for Acorns Children’s Hospice, ensuring it responds to the needs of the charity, drives supporter engagement, and delivers on organisational objectives.Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing and content specialists.Coordinate the planning and delivery of multi-channel digital marketing plans, from start to finish, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team and other teams across Acorns Children’s Hospice.Manage website development, including CMS activities like page creation/layout, landing pages, website maintenance, on-page SEO and user experience updates.Devise and deliver effective email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and metrics like open rates and click rates, to optimise strategies.About YouDigital qualification or extensive experience in the digital landscape.Extensive experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.Thorough understanding of customer segmentation and target marketing principles and practices.Website development experience, including CMS activities.Experience with analytics, using Google Analytics, SEMRush and other similar platforms.What We Offer£37,500 per annum37.5 hours per weekHybrid role - based in nearest Acorns hospice (Walsall, Birmingham or Worcester) with travel across the regionEmployee discounts from leading retailersEmployee gym discount schemeBike-to-Work schemeGenerous contribution to group personal pension plan or continuation of current NHS pension schemeNHS pension scheme life assurance or Acorns group life assurance schemeYou need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
