As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, multichannel campaigns that connect with audiences across both digital and physical environments. Collaborating closely with the design and events teams, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact assets from compelling email marketing campaigns and dynamic social media content to mobile-optimised landing pages, in-store product displays, and eye-catching point-of-sale materials.The successful individual will have around 5 years of fashion industryexperience in Digital Marketing with a track record in executing compelling campaigns and social media content.About the BrandThis independent fashion brand is rooted in creativity and community and known for its distinctive style and authentic storytelling. With a strong online presence, regular pop-up events, and its first store opening soon, the brand expresses playful self-expression across every touchpoint.Location: Bristol area (hybrid/office-based)What You’ll Be DoingCreate cohesive content across multiple channels, including mobile-first B2C landing pages, impactful window displays, in-store promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content.Design responsive landing pages to support key moments such as seasonal launches, product drops, and exclusive promotions.Create visually compelling point-of-sale assets tailored for both UK retail environments and international pop-up or event activations.Produce precise, print-ready artwork for diverse formats, ensuring alignment with production budgets and coordinating with external print partners to meet quality and delivery standards.Craft and schedule weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging while driving customer engagement.Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography, including colour correction, background cleanup, and object removal to meet brand aesthetic standards.Edit short-form video content for use across ecommerce, social media, and event activations, optimising format and narrative for each platform.Prepare clear and persuasive creative proposals and campaign decks for internal reviews and leadership presentations.Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time with strong attention to detail.About YouDigital Marketing Specialist with around 5 years’ experience in a digital content role within the fashion industry.Proven ability to plan and deliver multichannel campaigns across email, social, web and retail environments to strict deadlines.Strong visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing email marketing, social content, and campaign execution.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign), Canva, and familiar with Klaviyo and Shopify (or similar CMS/ecommerce platforms).Confident working with photographers, stylists, and external partners to bring campaigns to life across all touchpoints.Solid understanding of D2C fashion, audience engagement, and current social media trends.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of creativity, executionand attention to detail.Hands-on, proactive and collaborative andmotivated to make a difference.Highly organised and skilled in working across multiple touchpoints.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience).28 days holiday (including bank holidays).Nest pension scheme.Opportunity to grow with an independent brand.Creative autonomy in a role where your contribution is valued and ideas matter.How to ApplySend us your CV, a short cover note, and portfolio.
