You’ll have the autonomy to build out the digital team, manage third-party suppliers, and take ownership of the digital strategy across performance marketing, ecommerce, and customer engagement. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to make a meaningful difference. Depending on experience, there’s scope for this to be a Senior Digital Marketing Manager position.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work closely with CRM, Social Media, and Ecommerce colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns and drive growth across all digital channels. Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing the digital strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, and contentManaging paid media campaigns and embracing automation to improve performanceEnhancing website UX and optimising content for discoverability and conversionLeading on analytics, reporting, and CRO to meet traffic, ROAS, and CPA targetsCollaborating with Salesforce and CRM teams to personalise customer journeysDriving engagement and retention through targeted email and CRM activityPartnering with luxury brands on digital product launches and omni-channel campaignsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re after a commercially minded digital marketer with at least 4 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering results. You’ll bring:Strong hands-on experience across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketingConfidence using Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs)A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and Excel skillsA collaborative approach and confidence working with internal teams and brand partnersA genuine interest in digital innovation and luxury retailExperience with Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, or Google Tag ManagerA passion for luxury retail and crafting standout customer experiencesPlease note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
