Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a landmark London destination business. You will help manage the website and app and support with content and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in digital marketing, ready to own and optimise the everyday workings of a high-visibility digital ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with agencies, partners, and internal teams to keep digital platforms running smoothly while driving innovation and optimisation across content, UX, and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and update content across website and app platforms.
  • Monitor site health and flag/fix as needed using platforms such as Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
  • Coordinate campaign and always-on updates across events, venues, and partners.
  • Liaise with agencies on digital roadmaps, features, and fixes.
  • Own and manage digital content calendars and asset libraries.
  • Support testing, QA, and deployment of new digital features or updates.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns with landing pages, assets, and reporting.
  • Act as the go-to contact for internal teams and external partners.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content management, or similar.
  • Strong experience with multiple CMS.
  • A sharp attention to detail, especially when it comes to formatting and live content.
  • Confident juggling multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio).
  • Basic HTML/ CSS knowledge
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
