About The Role You will be responsible for everything digital—building, owning, and evolving our digital strategy, executing with pace across channels and platforms, and embedding AI and automation into everyday marketing. This is a hands‑on role for a digital disruptor: equal parts strategist, builder, analyst, and collaborator. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a multi‑year digital strategy and annual plans aligned to NHS and private growth ambitions. Lead execution across all digital channels: SEO, SEM/PPC, social (paid & organic), websites, email/CRM, content, and reputation management. Build advanced data and insight dashboards, integrating SEO, PPC, CRM, and contact centre data. Champion AI and automation to scale content, enhance targeting, and accelerate optimisation. Ensure accessibility standards and patient‑first journeys across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Clinical, and Patient Services to embed digital in every step of the patient journey. Maintain compliance with NHS, ICO/GDPR, ASA/CAP, and other regulatory frameworks.
About You
Significant experience across all digital channels (SEO, SEM/PPC, social, email, web, content). Proven record of delivering commercial outcomes in complex, multi‑channel organisations. Deep understanding of AI in marketing (content scaling, predictive analytics, automation). Strong data capability able to design, interpret, and act on advanced analytics and dashboards. Expertise in managing digital budgets and ensuring ROI. Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and senior levels without direct authority. Experience in agency management and partner negotiation. Ideally, healthcare experience or background in regulated environments.
