Sustainability and customer experience underpin our work as we collaborate with customers to meet their ambitions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead GPE’s digital marketing strategy, driving real change and tangible results. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for all digital marketing activities across the GPE corporate brand, development pipeline (office and retail spaces), the GPE flex brand: Fully Managed, portfolio assets, and new initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the corporate digital marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives.Own the corporate website optimisation strategy and develop a roadmap to increase quality organic traffic, improve the customer journey, grow CRM database, and improve direct lead generation and conversions.Manage development and launch of microsites aligned to the digital strategy.Create and execute SEO and GEO strategies to drive quality traffic, including technical SEO and a content strategy.Content creation across blogs, website, social media, and email.Lead CRM initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics: email templates, campaigns, segmentation, journey mapping, scheduling, reporting, and automation planning; ensure paid campaigns are tagged and tracked in Dynamics.In partnership with our digital agency, deliver paid media strategy (paid search, paid social, display) for GPE brand, sub-brands, and developments to drive awareness and leads.Shape GPE’s social media strategy with retained agencies to amplify brand pillars, increase reach, and engagement.Set KPIs and monitor ROI across touchpoints (website, microsites, social, SEO, paid media) within budgets.Analyse data and deliver monthly reporting to inform the executive team.Transition strategic initiatives into business-as-usual digital marketing activities.Oversee domain setup and day-to-day management of digital marketing agencies; monitor performance against KPIs.Manage GPE’s Pitch account and coordinate digital marketing collateral with retained agencies.Respond to ad hoc requests to update the corporate website and microsites.Essential experience6+ years of digital marketing experience.Proven track record developing and executing digital marketing strategies with strong ROI.Expertise across SEO, GEO, CRM, social, paid campaigns, email, website and microsite management.Experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.Performance marketing experience delivering leads and conversions.Content strategy and content creation experience.Analytics experience with Google Analytics; ability to perform digital reporting to demonstrate ROI.Experience with email marketing (Dynamics 365) including newsletters, nurturing campaigns, awareness campaigns, and B2C campaigns.Stakeholder management experience.Management of digital marketing budgets.Strong agency management to ensure effective delivery from key suppliers/agencies.Ability to work to agreed timelines; GDPR/compliance awareness.Desirable experienceExperience with property developers, landlords, REITs.Understanding of the real estate sector.Understanding of AI and its application to marketing performance.Experience in both agency and in-house roles.Key competenciesConfident, driven and able to bring people with them; able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.Innovative, self-starter, commercially focused and results-driven; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.Proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.Strong copywriting skills for engaging and accurate content.BenefitsHybrid working (3 days in office)Competitive remunerationShare incentive planAnnual leave, pensionEnhanced parental leave and payPrivate medical and dental insuranceAnd moreAdditional notesAt GPE we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
