Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
  • Manage the company’s websites, ensuring they are optimised for user experience, SEO and conversions.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging and optimised content.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep strategies up to date.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.

  • Requirements
  • 2+ years managing Digital Marketing team
  • Ideally from Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Managed multiple Shopify ecommerce channels to trade and consumer.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent understanding of website management and optimisation (basic HTML knowledge is a plus).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
