Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll take ownership of product-focused marketing, driving how the platform is positioned and communicated across multiple channels.
You'll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, producing high-impact sales collateral, and generating demand through targeted activity. This is a hands-on role with a blend of strategy and execution, covering brand, content, demand generation, and sales enablement.
This is a hybrid role based in Soho requiring 3x days in the office.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and deliver marketing plans to increase visibility and credibility across media and enterprise audiences
- Translate complex value propositions into simple, compelling stories tailored to decision-makers and strategists
Sales Enablement
- Create professional, on-brand collateral including case studies, sales decks, and email templates
- Standardise messaging across sectors to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive inbound interest and support account-based marketing
- Collaborate on thought leadership, webinars, and content to engage key audiences
Content & Channel Management
- Oversee creation of engaging content across formats (social, video, articles, campaigns)
- Manage and optimise CRM (HubSpot) and website (Webflow or similar) to support clean segmentation and smooth campaign delivery
Ideal Digital Marketing Manager Profile:
- 5+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
- Skilled at simplifying complex propositions into messaging that drives commercial outcomes
- Proven experience in demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing
- Strong content creation skills, from social media to product messaging and presentations
- Confident with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva, and Webflow (or similar platforms)
