You'll be running digital campaigns for a brand your mum has actually heard of, the kind where you can see your work everywhere, track real impact, and maybe even spot your ads during Saturday night TV.
The opportunity that's waiting for you: You'll architect and execute multi-million pound campaigns across the full digital spectrum – from dominating Paid Search and Social to pioneering the next wave with DOOH, CTV, and Audio. What you'll actually be doing (the exciting stuff)
• Campaign mastermind – Planning and executing multi-channel paid strategies that move the needle
• Digital advocate-Being the trusted advisor senior stakeholders turn to for digital expertise
• Data detective- Mining insights that transform campaign performance and prove undeniable ROI
• Innovation catalyst – Spotting emerging opportunities before competitors even know they exist • Team elevate -Mentoring rising talent while collaborating with industry-leading specialists
We need someone who brings
• Battle-tested experience in paid media (Search, Social, Programmatic) – you've been there, optimized that
• Data fluency -You speak KPIs, breathe analytics, and turn numbers into compelling stories
• Executive presence -Confident, credible, solution-oriented – the person clients want in the room • Digital curiosity- Always one step ahead of trends, never satisfied with "that's how we've always done it"
