VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading company in the construction and interiors sector to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a Portadown-based role with travel around the branches. Happy to discuss hybrid working. This role is Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm. Salary / Benefits £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits package + mileage Opportunities for professional development and progression within a well-established group Responsibilities Manage a small internal marketing team and external agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Collaborate closely with the sales function to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation and customer acquisition. Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies across web, social, and email channels to build brand awareness and engagement. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI on all campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple business divisions to ensure consistency and impact. Report on key metrics, analysing campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. Continue on with the existing marketing plan - this is all in place and there will be a handover. Essential Criteria Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years' experience managing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands or business units. Proven digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in paid, organic, and email campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report on performance. Excellent project management and communication skills with experience managing agencies and internal teams. Commercially aware, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail. Desirable Experience within the construction, interiors, or design sector. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong creative eye and brand awareness.
