Digital Marketing Manager – Office Based Corwen, Denbighshire. Permanent. £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for multiple well‑established brands. Based in Corwen, this office‑based role offers the chance to make a real impact during a maternity cover period, stepping into a senior‑level position within a small, close‑knit, collaborative team. You’ll be hands‑on across all areas of digital marketing, driving online growth and performance while shaping the future of the brands’ digital presence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver multi‑channel campaigns across email, PPC, social media, marketplaces, and web. Oversee and enhance multiple e‑commerce sites, focusing on conversion, UX, and SEO. Monitor key metrics and generate actionable insights to maximise ROI, ROAS, and revenue. Produce compelling digital assets using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery. Design and manage automated campaigns to boost customer retention.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive, data‑led marketer who’s comfortable balancing strategy with execution. Proven success in managing multiple brands/accounts and driving digital sales. Strong experience in e‑commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and SEO/SEM. Skilled in PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop). Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities with a sharp eye for detail. Familiarity with AI tools for marketing research, testing, and reporting. Outstanding project management and communication skills. Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications—or equivalent experience. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
