OverviewDigital Marketing Manager, EMEA role at Trimble Inc. within the AECO division (Architects, Engineers, Construction & Owners). Location options: UK Hybrid (Leeds, London, Milton Keynes, Newcastle) or UK Remote. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for AECO and works with a mid-sized team within Digital Marketing and cross-functional partners.Initially a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with likelihood of evolution into a permanent position. Travel within the UK and potentially to other EMEA countries may be required.What You'll DoDigital Marketing Implementation: Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for Trimble lead generation paid media advertising in EMEA; collaborate with sales, digital, operations, creative, and brand teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Paid Media Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra PPC, and PPL programs; work with the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns meet ROI KPIs and align with business goals; maintain a localized approach for regional audiences.Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with BI and agency partners to track performance and ROI; analyze sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities; deliver regular data-driven reports to stakeholders highlighting successes and areas for improvement.What You'll BringStrategic & Tactical Expertise: Translate global business goals into region-specific, lead-generation marketing initiatives.At least 6 years of experience managing paid advertising channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra PPC, PPL programs).Performance-Driven Approach: Proven ability to deliver growth in fast-paced environments; ROI-focused digital marketing experience.Technical Skills & Data Proficiency: Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Marketo; data-driven mindset with ROAS analysis and funnel optimization.Project Management & Collaboration: Excellent organizational skills; experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and agency partners.Creative Problem-Solving: Hands-on A/B testing and experimentation; ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and user behavior.About TrimbleTrimble is a technology company delivering solutions that connect the digital and physical worlds to improve productivity, quality, safety, transparency, and sustainability across construction, geospatial, agriculture, and transportation.
