Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) – London, Hybrid. This role is based in Central London with two days per week in the office and three days remote. You will own the strategic development and operational excellence of core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. You will manage a small team of two and report to the Customer Marketing Director. This role combines technical execution with strategic planning and is well-suited to someone who enjoys both aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for all digital channels, identify emerging digital trends and technologies, and drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website with a focus on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates, and content effectiveness.
  • Own the MarTech stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC, digital display, email marketing, and in-app marketing capabilities.
  • Own reporting and measurement, manage the digital budget, and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital role with exposure to website building and management; passion for website development and creating customer journeys.
  • Experience with PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO, and a solid understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Salary £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
