A successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team. This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. You will be managing a small team of two and will report into the Customer Marketing Director.Your key responsibilities as Digital Marketing Lead will include:Leading the strategic planning for all digital channels – identifying emerging digital trends and technologies and driving the strategic development and optimisation of the website – focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness.Taking ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and overseeing the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.Taking ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget and acting as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, with exposure to website building and management, and a passion for website development and creating customer journeys.
