OverviewAn opportunity to join a global leader in data science for the retail and consumer goods industry, in a key role as Digital Marketing Lead to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave.We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing specialist to lead the global digital marketing strategy, managing key high-profile projects such as the build of a new corporate website, migration to a new CRM (Salesforce) alongside developing and optimising digital channels, platforms and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, and increase engagement with the target audience of retailers and brands.What you’ll doA true digital marketing expert, you'll own the strategy and platforms – website build, social channels, digital advertising and CRM – turning them into dynamic engines that not only drive traffic but produce quality leads through an unparalleled user experience.Influencing senior stakeholders around the globe, you’ll craft innovative digital strategies tailored for diverse markets, working with in-region teams and content specialists to help the business connect with buyers, turning engagement into an art form and propelling opportunity and revenue.With unmatched knowledge of the latest digital marketing tech, trends and channel development, you’ll have advanced understanding of how CRM and CMS platforms should integrate to drive greater impact and ROI of our digital activities.Key responsibilitiesStrategy– oversee and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Website– lead the development and build of our new website and SEO strategy, managing external agency partner outputs. Manage communications to and input from key stakeholders, ensuring project is aligned to strategic vision and delivered on time and within budget.Social media– Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI develop and oversee paid and organic social media strategies on LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.Analytics and Reporting– determine metrics and monitor KPIs using data-driven insights to continually optimize digital marketing efforts.Budget management– determine allocation of digital marketing budget across best performing channels and external agency partners to optimise ROITeam management– manage and mentor digital marketing executive, allocating responsibilities and overseeing their work. Support digital developer with workload.
