Responsibilities

• Content Creation - write, design, and produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, video, and more.
• Social Media Management - lead our social media channels, plan and schedule posts, and grow our online community.
• Digital Marketing Support - contribute to email marketing, SEO, website updates, and paid campaigns.
• Collaboration - work with internal teams, customers, and external partners (designers, photographers, videographers).
• Brand Ambassador - represent the business at events, customer visits, and ensure consistent brand use.
• Reporting & Insights - analyse results, spot trends, and suggest new ideas to maximise performance.
• General Marketing Support - assist with campaigns, projects, and overall marketing strategy.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 2+ years' experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
• Proven skills in creating compelling written, visual, and video content.
• Strong knowledge of social media management and growing accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Marketing qualification/degree (CIM, equivalent, or higher).
• Experience in the manufacturing sector.
• TikTok for business knowledge.
• Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills.
