Our client is one of the UKs largest services groups within the Entertainment, Art, Festival and Music industry. Operating across 5 iconic brands, they have a reputation for quality and exceptional customer experience.

As they continue to move through the next phase of their transformation, they are building out key strategic hires within the digital team, and are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing/ Social Media professional to join their growing in house team to lead their Social Media and Content strategy.

Highlights of responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, implementing, and optimisation of the brands Social Strategy, helping drive brand awareness, build engagement and improve conversions.
  • Further develop the brands creative social strategy, taking ownership over the brand concepts and creative.
  • Platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
  • Lead the brands Content Marketing plan including: blog, whitepapers and video. Supported by an their in house Creative/ Design team.
  • Support client engagement and loyalty through CRM-enabled campaigns and newsletter programmes.
  • Monitor and optimise live campaigns to ensure delivery, including budget, audience performance, and creative testing.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and trends to identify new development and creative opportunities and ultimate growth across Social.

What they are ideally looking for:

  • Experienced in a dedicated Social Media or Digital Marketing role.
  • Experience in growing and maintaining a large social media audience and building brand and employer engagement.
  • Exceptional Creative, Copywriting, editing, and content creation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Keen interest in social media trends and online consumer behaviour.
