We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive environment where every student can excel, feel supported, and achieve their aspirations.Role overview:As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting Bloomsbury Institute’s brand and engaging with prospective students through innovative digital campaigns. You will manage content across multiple platforms, coordinate the Digital Ambassador (Unibuddy) programme, and analyse digital performance to inform strategy. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of widening access to higher education and empowering students from all backgrounds.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, website, SEO/SEM, and other digital channels to support student recruitment and brand awareness.Manage the Digital Ambassador (Unibuddy) programme, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support of student ambassadors.Create, curate, and distribute engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, website, podcasts, and video content.Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.Support website content management and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency of messaging and branding.Keep up to date with digital trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.Maintain compliance with GDPR, accessibility, and data protection requirements in all digital marketing practices.What we’re looking for:Passion for digital marketing and higher education.Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related fields.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.Be part of a forward-thinking institution that values diversity, inclusion, and widening access to education.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to applyPlease read the full Job Description and Person Specification before applying.Applications should include a CV, letter of application and submission of our Equal Opportunities Form .
