Location: Manchester (Hybrid: office & remote)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + future Director opportunities

Hours: Full-time

We are representing a fast-growing claims management company based in Manchester that is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join their team.

This position offers far more than day-to-day campaign management — it provides a genuine pathway to director level, with full autonomy to shape and lead the marketing strategy as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads to generate high-quality leads.
• Grow and manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging and professional content (blogs, posts, graphics) to build brand awareness and trust.
• Optimise landing pages, funnels, and campaigns for maximum conversions.
• Track performance using analytics tools, reporting on ROI and key KPIs.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business growth.
• Take increasing ownership of marketing decision-making, with freedom to test and innovate.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven.
• A self-starter who wants to grow into a senior leadership role.
