This is a full-time, office-based position.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and effective campaign segmentation.Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and paid media, to maximise ROI.Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.Create engaging digital content and copy for advertising, email campaigns, and web platforms.Support lead generation and sales alignment to enhance customer conversion rates.What Experience is RequiredStrong knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive or similar), digital analytics, and paid media campaigns.Proven ability to analyse data and deliver marketing insights.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.Salary & Benefits£45,000 per annum23 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysProfit-sharing schemeLunch provided four days per week (Tuesday to Friday)Employee Assistance Programme and additional staff perksLocationThe role is office-based near Great Yarmouth.
